Dispatch times
In-stock watches leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment, excluding public holidays. Pre-orders and engraved pieces need 3 to 7 working days to prepare; tracking appears in your order once dispatched.
Shipping options
- Express courier with signature and insurance, free on orders over USD 1,000.
- Remote regions may ship by registered post with a 3 to 5 day transit time.
- International orders are quoted individually — contact support before checkout.
On delivery
Please inspect the parcel before signing. If the outer packaging is damaged, photograph it and refuse delivery; we will send a replacement straight away.
