Seven-day returns
Within 7 days of delivery you may return or exchange an item, provided it is unworn, unscratched and complete with all accessories.
What we cannot accept
- Security tags removed or missing, or protective film peeled off.
- Straps shortened, punched or engraved to your wrist.
- Damage caused by accident, water ingress or impact.
How to start
Open the order and select Request Return, or contact support with your order number and photographs. Once approved, collection is arranged within 48 hours and refunds are issued to the payment method used at checkout within 1 to 3 working days of inspection.
