Invoice types
We issue electronic VAT invoices by default. A business invoice is available on request and is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
Details required
- Individual: your full name.
- Company: registered name and tax identification number.
- Business invoice: address, phone number, bank name and account number.
Changes and reissues
To change the invoice title or request a reissue, contact support within 90 days of order completion. We will void the earlier invoice and issue a new one.
